Eligibility : The international open call is addressed to all, with a focus on artists & designers of all disciplines, anthropologists, scientists, writers, wellness professionals, filmmakers, writers, and photographers.

SUBMISSIONS POLICY, TERMS, CONDITIONS , FEES:

1. Application is required through e-mail: info@ionionartscenter.gr

 

2. In a word document :

- Full name of the applicant

- Copy of passport (which is used for visas supporting documents),

- Address, phone, email address,

- web site (if available)

- short description of the expectations of the participant, no longer than 200 words ,

- short cv no longer than 200 words

 

In case of group /collective project:

- Title of the group -school- organization, full name of the person representing OR leading the group , postal address, phone, country , email address, web site(if available) of the group -school- organization , short description of the group expectations, no longer than 200 words , short cv of every group member no longer than 200 words

 

3. 1-3 Still images ( jpg form) of the applicant’s work and free accessible web- links in case of music , performing works, film works/new technologies /video art.

4. Every submission / formal application must refer to a specific program and/or activity (for more than one programs or disciplines separate applications are required)

​

5. Every submission requires anapplication/tax registration fee of euro 50, nonrefundable, due with the application.

​

6. Short submission notice -3 lines max - addressed to the e-mail: info@ionionartscenter.gr including: confirmation of the entry fee payment (usual payment method is the PAYPAL :info@ionionartscenter.gr.

TOTAL FEES (course expenses, tuition fees and taxes): euro 1480

Included : 50 euro tax registration /entry fee/ 24% main taxes, 3%administration expenses, course expenses and tuition fees.

Full housing  in shared rooms /bathroom, breakfast, traditional dinner, free snacks 24 hours a day, internet, free use of the Ionion Center fully equipped auditorium and exhibition hall for educational and creation needs, personal support, included in the program cultural events & visits in sites of interest.

(Cases requiring a personal room pay for single room extra 30 euro extra per day, for double room extra 50 euro per day)

(Not included is transportation and expenses out of the Center space)

There will be one day flexibility in arrivals /departures.

​

PAYMENT METHODS:

24% main taxes+ 3%administration expenses =euro 386  deposit due with the final confirmation of participation 

Remainder fees of euro 1044 due two weeks before the class 

​

All the Class participants:

​

- Will be provided Certificate of Participation

​

- Will be welcome to propose and realize personal exhibitions or presentations at the Ionion Center if informing/arranging dates earlier in collaboration with the Center.

 

-Will be eligible for the announced Art Grants of the Year 2019 (from 1000- 30.000 euro).

 

In case of participation or contribution to the completion of the Public Mural at the capital of the Island, part of the International SEA(S)ARTS 2019, the participant has the chance to apply/be eligible for the SEA(S)PRIZES 2019(from 2000- 50.000)
